Terms of service
All sales and reservations will be provided under the following terms. Bij purchasing or reserving you agree to these terms.
Sales:
Mt-Turtles takes great care to keep our animals healthy and provide them with a high quality of life. We ensure that all animals bred by us are healthy and the buyer is provided with information about the care of the purchased animal. After the purchase, the responsibility of the welfare of the animal lies with the buyer.
We can incubate eggs on request at a certain temperature to select the sex of the born animals. However, no guarantee can be given on this because this is a natural process.
Reservations:
Animals will only be reserved after a down payment of 25% of the agreed price for a maximum period of 4 weeks. After this period the reservation will be terminated and the animal will be offered for sale again.
No refunds will be made on the down payment.
